Communication from the following email address is recognized as official legal correspondence between Immigration Circle and the client. Any emails, documents, contracts, or papers sent or received from an email address other than the one provided below are not the responsibility of Immigration Circle.

Telecommunication Term

There is only one official contact number for Immigration Circle: 92271-01300.

Any communication via WhatsApp, text message, or phone call is deemed official correspondence from Immigration Circle.

Retainer

Immigration Circle offers its services solely after the completion and signing of a retainer agreement. This agreement establishes the relationship between the client and Immigration Circle, designating them as client and RCIC respectively. Hence, we do not provide any immigration services without a retainer agreement in place.

Payment

Immigration Circle DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH payments under any circumstances. As such, we do not receive cash from clients at any time.

Immigration Circle consistently offers either e-transfer services to clients or provides RBC bank account details for wire transfers. Please note: If “Immigration Circle” does not appear on your bank account or if the account is not with RBC, you are not making payment to Immigration Circle.

Immigration Circle furnishes clients with a receipt detailing their name, the amount received, and applicable taxes.

Phone Recording

Immigration Circle acknowledges the paramount importance of client confidentiality and upholds the utmost seriousness in safeguarding client privacy.

Recording personal consultations without the explicit consent of Immigration Circle and subsequently making them publicly available, or using them to tarnish the reputation of Immigration Circle, modify, disseminate misinformation, or for any similar purposes is strictly prohibited.
